Katie is an Account Manager for Employee Benefits of Virginia. She supports our clients by evaluating and servicing their employee benefit plans in all aspects of the cycle; enrolling, terminations, researching and resolving client issues. In addition to working directly with our clients, Katie markets and prepares analyses of all benefits for our clients as well as helps manage our enrollment portals.
Katie has over five years of broad-based industry experience. She is here to help our clients and takes pride in providing exceptional service. Katie graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies majoring in Psychology and Literature. She is licensed in Life & Health Insurance in Virginia.
